Frédéric Costiou

Frédéric Costiou is currently a Responsable d’Exécution et Gestion de Projets at INNERGIA, where they focus on project execution and management. Previously, Frédéric held various leadership roles in the energy sector, including Responsable d’Exploitation du réseau de chauffage urbain at ENGIE France Réseaux and Responsable de Département at ENGIE Solutions, overseeing teams and ensuring energy performance and regulatory compliance. They began their career as an Ingénieur projets en bureau d’études at Bureau d'études SERMET, following their degree in Systèmes énergétiques from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen. Throughout their experience, Frédéric has demonstrated expertise in managing energy systems and improving operational efficiencies.
