Scherrer has held significant roles in humanitarian efforts through ValAct Foundation and served as a Senior Advisor at Enki Capital SA, focusing on private equity investments in Switzerland. Other board memberships include Nereid SA, Swiss Safe Collect, Gour Medical SA, and leadership positions at G-ray industries SA, where Patrick contributed to advancing medical technology. Scherrer co-founded the Foundation La Muse pour la créativité en entreprise to foster creativity and innovation. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Economics from Université de Neuchâtel.

A comprehensive, tailor-made and self-financed local energy transition solution for your municipality and its residents. INNERGIA offers each municipality and its citizens the opportunity to get together to produce and distribute locally the thermal and electrical energy they need using the resources at their disposal in their municipal territory. The INNERGIA solution includes the creation of a private municipal industrial services company (SIC SA) controlled by the municipality and its citizens. SIC SA distributes the energy produced at cost price to all the residents of the municipality and guarantees the financing and construction of energy infrastructures. In this way, local authorities and their citizens can self-finance their local energy transition, without having to resort to public funds or taxes.
