Falak has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology. Their most recent role was as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour), starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SGT Hospital from 2020 to 2022 as an M.Phil Clinical Psychology Trainee. They also had a role as a Mental Health Trainee and Research Intern at Parivartan (DART Services) from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Falak gained experience as a Post Graduate Teacher (Psychology) and School Counsellor at Doon Public School from 2019 to 2020. They also had internships at The Mind Research Foundation in 2019, Shahade Hospital in 2016, and Arya Hospital Neuropsychiatry Centre in 2016, specializing in various areas of psychology.

Falak's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. They pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Honours and graduated in 2017. Afterward, in 2017, Falak joined the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) where they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in that field, in 2019. Additionally, they acquired a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis in June 2019 from the Indian Association of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Falak attended SGT University, where they pursued an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Falak completed a course in Art Based Therapy offered by Antidote Mental Health. Furthermore, they completed a Foundation Course of Handwriting and Signature Analysis from the Graphology School of India Pvt. Ltd.
