Inner Power is a Kenyan non-profit building stronger young men across Africa.

Through Growth Circles — small, consistent groups led by trained guides — we help young men move from isolation to belonging, from confusion to clear direction, and from potential to contribution. It is developmental, not clinical. Free to every young man who joins. Funded by partners who understand that when a young man grows, his family, his future, and his community grow with him.

Our model brings together four things most programmes keep apart: being truly heard, group coaching, peer support, and practical life-and-work skills. It is evidence-informed, rooted in the Ubuntu philosophy — "I am because we are" — and built to last.

Founded on three decades of leadership and coaching craft, Inner Power is run on the ground by a local African team, accountable to the communities it serves.

We partner with organisations, foundations, universities and individuals who want their social investment to be real, provable, and grounded.
