Innerspec Technologies
Scott Stanley is an accomplished Sales Engineer at Innerspec Technologies since October 2017, bringing extensive experience in project coordination and human resources spanning several years. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Project Coordinator at Fostek Corporation, where responsibilities included guiding the startup of a 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility, managing business plans, facility acquisition, equipment setup, product development, and daily operations. Additionally, Scott worked as a Human Resources and Safety Coordinator at Fostek Corporation, providing support for over 70 staff members while enhancing safety awareness and employee relations. From July 1998 to July 2014, Scott functioned as a Production Supervisor at Bison Printing Inc., where leadership was provided for a dynamic production floor, ensuring timely job completion and adherence to quality standards. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Movement Science from the University of Lynchburg and an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Central Virginia Community College.
