Nate Lindquist is the founder and CEO of the growth strategy and business mentoring firm Innerspire, Inc. which features his leading business mentoring program, The Minimalist CEO. He has also become a highly sought after speaker, business advisor and mentor.

Starting in his teens in 1991, Nate grew a number of companies from scratch – arriving at a place where business was profitable & growing - but overwhelming, and he had lost touch with his own gifts and deeper purpose – costing him both personally & professionally. Today, as The Minimalist CEO - Nate mentors small business owners to become Minimalist CEO's by getting new clarity, focus, cutting waste and simplifying their business systems - all without complicating things or wasting time & money. He’s combined his business training with a life-business integration system that reveals what Nate calls the “thriving dance between life & business” so they support each other and are no longer painfully separate.

He has been advising goal-oriented entrepreneurs, business owners and CEO’s for over 2 decades; whether they were close to bankruptcy and needed urgent turnaround guidance, were stuck bumping into a growth glass ceiling or they wanted to solve any number of business problems keeping them from the achievement of their goals.

The Minimalist CEO program is like a recipe rather than a long-term, brain filling program. Its “implement as you go” methodology helps his clients revitalize their businesses and create more magnetic and helpful products, services and systems; essentially, working on the engine while they’re flying the plane. This approach also reduces the complexity in the business - enabling the owner to drive critical growth, increase profits and create very happy customers along the way. And - it creates happy, present and thriving owners in the process! Nate's clients move from the "problem solving hub" to the leader of a system that gives life rather than suffocating it.
