INNERWORQ is the place for all things personal growth.

In order to create one address for people to turn inward and grow, we started multiple projects that are here to contribute to that mission.
It includes the Community "Coaches with Impact"
the private practice of Francesco Carbone "carbone.coach"
the Podcast INNERWORQ
INNERWORQ Sessions,
the INNERWORQ Card Game
and several books and e-books (some published, some in the making)
and much more to come!

OUR MISSION
Shining light into the black box of personal development. Showcasing different methods, practitioners - opening up the world of inner work.

OUR VISION
We want to make inner work the new normal. We strongly believe that our world can only truly evolve if we evolve as human beings. It all starts and ends with us.

OUR TEAM
We are a collective of down to earth folks, with diverse background, united by a common purpose: Bringing human development to the doorstep of the people.
