Andreas Eberharter

Andreas Eberharter has extensive experience in the power generation industry, particularly in product management and application engineering. Andreas began their career in 1995 as an Electrical Engineer at Tiroler Landestheater. In 1996, they joined Jenbacher AG as a Trainee and later became an Electrical Design Engineer. Andreas then moved on to Jenbacher Srl. in 2000, where they worked as an Ingeniero de proyectos - Project Manager. Eberharter rejoined Jenbacher AG in 2001 as an Area Sales Manager.

In 2003, Eberharter started working at GE Power, initially as a Product Marketing Manager and then as a Strategic Marketing Leader. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the implementation of multi-generation product and application plans. Andreas also led cross-functional teams and supported sales and channel strategies. From 2015 to 2018, Eberharter held the position of Senior Application Engineering Leader, facilitating customer integration of GE's products and services and supporting new product commercialization.

Since 2018, Eberharter has been working at the INNIO Group as the Director of Product Management. In this role, they are responsible for the profitability and lifecycle management of Jenbacher Type 6 gas engines. Andreas leads the definition and implementation of multi-generation product plans, drives segment share and expansion, and develops product requirements for engineering.

Andreas Eberharter completed a Master's Degree in Business & Management - International Business from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, earning the title of Ingenieur (HTL), from HTL Innsbruck.
