Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson has extensive experience in product engineering and design analysis. Chris worked for INNIO Group from 2018 to present, where they held the positions of Director of Product Engineering and Director of Global Product Engineering. Chris led global teams and provided direction to over 100 engineers, focusing on technical excellence, talent development, and resource management. Prior to that, they worked at GE Power from 2008 to 2018, where they served as Global Leader, Design & Mechanical Development and Senior Manager, among other roles. Chris started their career at Ricardo, Inc. in 1996, where they held various engineering positions, including Manager, Section Leader, and Project Engineer.

Chris Nelson attended Western Michigan University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
