Rubén Molina's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Building Engineer at AbaccoTucci S.L. for a period of four months. In 2015, they joined Universidad de Granada and took on multiple roles including Research Associate from November 2015 to November 2017, and R&D related work on the DESAFIO project from February 2015 to August 2015. Most recently, in December 2017, Rubén co-founded Innitius and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

Rubén Molina obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Granada, graduating in 2015. Rubén then pursued further education at the same university and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering in 2017.

In 2019, Rubén Molina obtained several certifications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through Coursera. These certifications include "Business Strategy," "Managing the Organization: From Organizational Design to Execution," "Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure," "Applications of Everyday Leadership," and "Foundations of Everyday Leadership."

Rubén enrolled in the Executive Development Programme at IESE Business School in 2023 and completed it in 2024. The program focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In 2020, Rubén Molina attended the Ignite for Life Sciences program at Cambridge Judge Business School, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

Additionally, they obtained two certifications in 2020 and 2022. The first was "Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials" from The Johns Hopkins University, and the second was "Work Smarter with Microsoft Excel" from Coursera.
