“Empowering and enlightening humans to take action".

Thats my mission.

For professionals, parents, teachers and students.

After 32 years at a multi national company, I followed my passion. Coaching/mentoring, helping leaders and companies to support their staff creating a well balanced work environment.
Coaching many professionals, it became apparent that some of the struggles do lie in childhood. So I decided to add Adolescent and parents coaching to my toolkit to support the parents, teacher, schools and our young generation to become more resilient to cope with the adversities of life outside and inside school setting.
I equip people with the techniques and tools to feel empowered, resourceful and self-sustained.
