Joseph Duarte is the Co-CEO at InnoCaption, a company that provides captioning services. Joseph has also been a board member at TDI since October 1997. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Duartek, Inc., where they consulted on accessibility and designed Audio/Visual solutions and integrated systems. Joseph started their career at IBM as a Staff System Engineer. Joseph Duarte has dedicated their career to helping those with hearing impairments through innovative technology and design.
Joseph Duarte has a B.S. in Biomedical Electronics Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from Trenton State College.
