Innocent Bystander has forged a reputation for delivering some of the Yarra Valley’s most consistent, over-performing, affordable, varietal wines. Using hand picked fruit, wild ferments and meticulous winemaking techniques, our wines, reflect the climate and soil of the Yarra Valley and other regions we love. Our striking wines have established a strong reputation in restaurants and fine wine stores around the world.

What makes a great ‘bystander’?
Being a great team player, with a great attitude, who is truly passionate about this awesome region, and about hospitality…and wine…and beer and food…oh and coffee!

Who do we look for specifically?
People who know how to do some or all of the following; wait tables and make great food, make a great coffee, manage wine tastings, serve at our bar and share our love of wine in a chilled out, playful way.
Most importantly, we look for people who really ‘get’ hospitality and understand what goes into truly great, effortless customer experiences.

Visit us at innocentbystander.com.au for more information on current vacancies and how to apply for these.
