Omar Monroy

Omar Monroy is an accomplished leader in energy management and technology, currently serving as the CEO of Minimise Mexico since October 2020, where innovative energy efficiency and conservation solutions are developed. Prior to this role, Omar Monroy co-founded EISBERG Wireless Technologies in April 2003, focusing on intelligent security and IoT solutions for government and private sectors across Mexico and Latin America. Additionally, Omar Monroy has been recognized as an Awarded Solver with InnoCentive for contributions to technological challenges. Previous positions include Director of Project Management and Projects Manager at AMIGE, overseeing large-scale automation projects in the steel industry, and serving as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Omar Monroy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Project Management certification from the Institute of Project Management.
