InnoCon Medical’s UCon System is a patented neuromodulation approach designed to address symptoms of overactive bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Unlike currently available neuromodulation therapies, UCon targets the dorsal genital nerve (DGN). Targeting DGN offers a unique opportunity for on-demand (urge) stimulation. On-demand stimulation mode lets patients activate therapy precisely when the urge hits, ideally giving them more control and time to reach a toilet.

The system offers two electrode options:
Patch Electrode: a non-invasive, replaceable option suitable for daily use and initial screening.
Bar Electrode: a long-term, partially implantable alternative, designed for permanent placement but removable when needed, e.g., for MRI scans.

UCon is being developed to provide patients and healthcare systems a more cost-effective and therefore accessible alternative compared to other sacral and tibial implantable neuromodulation systems.
