Pascal Houdayer

Pascal Houdayer is an accomplished executive and advisor with extensive experience in the consumer, retail, and luxury sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Kearney and an Advisory Board Member at INNOCOS, Houdayer also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at INULA and is the Founder and President of stratosPHere, which focuses on beauty, health, and home care. As a former Chief Executive Officer of Orveon Global and NAOS, Houdayer has played pivotal roles in leading key beauty brands and driving strategic initiatives. Previous leadership positions include Chairman of the Board of Directors at The Dial Corporation and Member of the Henkel Management Board, where significant contributions to digital acceleration and acquisitions were made. Houdayer holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
