Mark Roshan

Mark Roshan has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Division Manager - Production and previously as Group Manager - Production at Innodata Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Assistant Manager - MI & Change Management at BPO Connect from February 2018 to January 2020. Mark's career at HSBC spanned from May 2004 to September 2017, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager roles in Migrations & Capacity Management and Operations, as well as positions as Business Information Analyst and Managerial Information Analyst. Mark also served as Section Coach for Customer Service Executives during this time. Mark Roshan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
