Sanjay Kumar has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Sanjay began their career at ITI Ltd as a Deputy Manager, where they were responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and supporting production work flow processes in the telecom equipment manufacturing industry. Sanjay also worked closely with the R&D team to address product obsolescence and improve process efficiency and product quality through innovative design and technology. Additionally, they conducted testing and troubleshooting of telecom equipment on various platforms.

Sanjay then joined Innodata Inc. and held various roles throughout their tenure. Sanjay started as a Production Manager, overseeing operations, client deliveries, and priorities. Sanjay was responsible for project financials, product quality, and increasing workflow efficiency for enhanced productivity. Sanjay later became a Project Manager, managing client relationships, delivery commitments, and operations. Sanjay focused on overall project profitability and efficiency, continuously working on process flow improvements for higher efficiency and product quality.

Subsequently, Sanjay was promoted to Assistant Vice President and then served as a Business Unit Head. In these roles, they demonstrated their leadership skills and contributed significantly to the organization's success. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President - IT & Project Delivery.
