David Burrill

David Burrill has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, having held key roles at several organizations including Innoflight, Qualcomm, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Kyocera Wireless, and Sony Electronics. At Innoflight, David served as Vice President of Quality, leading the organization through AS9100D certification and cultural transformation while also serving as Director of Quality, where a Quality Management System Manual was developed, achieving CMMI-Dev v2.0 Maturity Level 3. Previous experience includes leading product quality initiatives at Qualcomm as Staff Engineer and improving processes at Northrop Grumman with a focus on Six Sigma methodologies. David holds a Master’s degree in Architecture-based Enterprise Systems Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Diego State University.
