Dean Martinez is a seasoned professional in business analytics and program management, currently serving as the Director of Business Analytics at Innoflight since August 2022. In this role, Dean directs a team overseeing over 20 active programs with significant contract values and has driven a remarkable 400% revenue growth through optimized program execution and strategic engagement. Previously, at L3Harris Technologies, Dean served as Principal Manager, Program Management, leading business systems integration across extensive contracts and developing investment strategies to further revenue growth. Dean's experience also includes roles as Project Manager and Finance Manager at L3Harris, along with earlier positions at Raytheon and Artemis Consulting. Dean began a career in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Technical Sergeant as an Aircraft Armament Specialist. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts from Victor Valley College.
