Ester Barbetta has extensive experience in customer service, community management, and payment support, currently serving as an Expert Payment Support & Fraud Manager at InnoGames GmbH since September 2014, where previous roles included Team Lead and Senior Manager positions. Prior to this, Ester worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Games GmbH as a Senior Customer Service Manager and at Bigpoint GmbH as an International Community Manager focused on the Italian community. Additional experience includes roles in marketing, language instruction, and event coordination across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics from FOM University of Applied Sciences and education at the University of Bari and PS Akademie Nürnberg.
