We provide shipyards, under a technological partnership approach, with advanced engineering, project-management and operations-improvement solutions, for successfully planning; building; commissioning and delivering, on-time and on-budget, a wider portfolio of more complex units.

Our services concept is based on:

-Supporting processes' execution with an accurate and "just-in-time" engineering, and a wide set of process control tools and QC tools
-Supporting, with expert personnel, management of projects’ critical activities.
-Guiding our clients in their operations improvement, enabling “production technology” and shipbuilding-knowledge transfer.

Our engineers are mobilized globally, to provide support on-site in any place where our Client's operations are performed.

We offer our services to shipyards; offshore building yards; EPC Contractors and Ship Owners.

Our proposals are based on a proven principle: competitive advantages in our industry can only be achieved through a measurable and on-going improvement of operations.
