Innopharma Technical Services began purpose-training STEM professionals for validation careers in 2016 due to the talent shortage. Traditionally, validation skills are viewed as acquired by “on-the-job” experience alone. Our unique problem-based learning approach simulates change scenarios from industry. Participants work on equipment qualification, process validation and cleaning execution activities including hands-on experience in our small-scale manufacturing lab (OSD) . Mentored by experienced Technical Service Managers, we create a safe and supportive learning environment. We also invest heavily in the continuous professional development of our team members working on-site with biopharmaceutical clients, countrywide.
