Norman Chen

Norman Chen has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Norman is currently serving as the Director of Digital Design at INNOPHASE since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Qualcomm Atheros as a Sr. Staff/Mgr from May 2010 to May 2018. Norman also had experience working at Apple Inc as a Staff System Engineer from 2009 to 2010, at BRN Phoenix as a Sr. System Engineer from 2007 to 2009, at VIA Technologies as a Design Manager from 2004 to 2007, at Xilinx as a Sr. Staff System Engineer from 2003 to 2004, at AMD as a Sr. Staff System Engineer from 2002 to 2003, and at LSI as a Sr. System Engineer from 1996 to 2002.

Norman Chen obtained their BSEE degree in Electro-Physics from National Chiao Tung University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Norman then pursued their MSEE degree in Digital Communication at the University of Southern California, attending from 1993 to 1994.
