Don Strohacker

Don Strohacker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Don started their career at Tate & Lyle in 1984, where they worked as a Plant Manager until 1990. Afterward, they joined Ralston Purina as a Unit Manager and stayed with the company until 1992. Don then joined Rhodia, where they served as a Technical Manager from 1992 to 1997. Don then moved to RHODIA ACETOW MANAGEMENT GMBH, where they held various roles, including Technology Manager and Global Supply Chain Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager. In 2004, Don joined Innophos as the Director of Engineering and later became the Sr. Director of Engineering and Environmental, Health, and Safety in 2016.
