Jonathan Berardo

Jon Berardo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Innophos since August 2021. Prior to this, Jon worked at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) from June 2019 to May 2021 as a Human Resources Assistant and intern, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews and conducting background checks. Jon gained early experience in recruitment as an IT Recruiter Intern at Talon Professional Services and contributed to student engagement as a Senior Fellow - Tour Guide at Rider University. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Management and Leadership, with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Rider University in 2021.
