Ray Walker

Ray Walker is an experienced engineer with a background in manufacturing, chemical processes, and lean methodologies. With over 11 years in the field, Ray has held positions at various companies, including Northrop Grumman, where they implemented cost-saving measures and improved manufacturing processes, and O.C. Tanner, where Ray significantly increased product quality in electrocoating. Currently, Ray serves as a Process Engineer III at Innophos, after previously working as Process Engineer II at O.C. Tanner. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
