Smita Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Smita began their career in 2007 as a Research Assistant at the National AIDS Research Institute, Pune, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined the Chest Research Foundation as a Molecular Biologist, and they remained in this position until 2020. During their time at the Chest Research Foundation, they gained valuable experience in molecular biology. In 2020, Smita transitioned to Mindful Brainy, where they initially worked as a Mind Trainer, helping individuals unlock their potential through mind training. Smita also served as a Life Coach, guiding people to live goal-oriented lives using exceptional goal-setting methods. Currently, they are working as a Senior Research Analyst at Innoplexus, starting in August 2021. Smita's work experience showcases their expertise in research, biology, and mental wellness.
Smita Kadam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from Shivaji University, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Microbiology, General at Bharati Vidyapeeth from 2005 to 2007. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Animal Tissue Culture from the National Center for Cell Science.
