Varsha Rohani

Varsha Rohani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Varsha started their career as a Research Analyst at Alcor Advisors P. Ltd. in April 2010 and worked there until August 2015. In August 2015, they joined Innoplexus as a Research Analyst and later moved up to the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Development from October 2017 to March 2019. In March 2019, they took on the role of Senior Manager, Performance Management, where they were responsible for implementing ISO 27001, establishing internal controls, building relationships with employees, supporting top management and stakeholders, and identifying strategic investment opportunities. Varsha is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Innoplexus, a position they have held since March 2020.

Varsha Rohani has a diverse educational background. Varsha began their education in 1995 at M.E.S.High School Baramati, where they obtained their SSC degree in an unspecified field of study in 2002. Moving forward, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Banking and Finance. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they enrolled at Sinhgad Institute of Management, where they pursued a Master's in Computer Management (MCM) with a specialization in IT.

In terms of additional certifications, Varsha Rohani completed the "Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao" program through LinkedIn in July 2019.
