Marwan Bitar has an extensive and diverse work experience. Marwan started their career in 2008 as a consultant at Innoprofits, where they specialized in innovation management and SR&ED tax credit consulting. In 2011, they worked as an innovation management consultant at IBM Canada Ltd. In 2013, Bitar became a founding partner at Buildingo, a rental management platform. Marwan then went on to co-found Nuevadent, a company that developed color recognition technology for dental professionals. In 2015, Bitar joined reelyActive as a partner, focusing on their invisible technology solutions. Currently, Bitar is a university lecturer at École Polytechnique de Montréal.
Marwan Bitar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical and Aerospace from Polytechnique Montréal. Prior to that, they obtained a French Baccalaureate from the Grand Lycee Franco-Libanais in the years 1995 to 2001.
