David Hanley

David Hanley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and growth strategy across various industries, including financial services, consumer goods, and technology. Currently serving as Associate Partner/Senior Director at Innosight since September 2018, David leads teams in Horizon 2 & 3 innovation projects, focusing on stakeholder needs and complex problem-solving. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting, where expertise was applied in Horizon 1 & 2 innovations and the development of G&A optimization and FinTech offerings. David's career also includes serving as CFO for UR Sportswear, conducting investment research at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, and gaining foundational experience at Accenture as a Manager. David holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Michigan State University.
