Chad E. Lee

Chad E. Lee is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry with extensive experience in process development and technical management. Currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at Innospec Inc. since March 2019, Chad leads a team focused on implementing new processes for North Carolina Operations, emphasizing process development, troubleshooting, rework procedures for off-spec materials, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
