Ched Allen

Ched Allen is an experienced leader in global procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Procurement & Supply Chain at Innospec Inc. since 2022. Prior to this role, Ched was the Vice President of S&OP – Global Supply Chain at Celanese, where a strategic roadmap for end-to-end supply chain was established, enabling competitive advantages for the $3 billion organization. Ched also held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at KIK Custom Products, overseeing global supply chain and operations for a private equity packaged chemical company. In previous roles, Ched led initiatives in supply chain and manufacturing processes at Kemira and directed a global supply chain team at LANXESS. Ched's early career includes positions at Shionogi Inc. and Georgia-Pacific LLC, demonstrating a strong foundation in demand planning and procurement. Ched holds an MBA in Global Operations from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
