Keller Arnold is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Innospec Inc. and as the Audit Committee Chairperson at FreightCar America, Inc., Keller possesses extensive expertise in audit, corporate governance, and compensation. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Houghton International, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Physiotherapy Associates, and Chief Financial Officer of Tyco Flow Control. At Tyco, Keller managed a $4 billion revenue business and played a key role in driving significant growth while overseeing numerous financial operations. Early career experiences at GE included various high-level financial positions, culminating as Staff Executive to the Vice Chairman. Keller holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Alabama and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from La Salle University.
