After starting their career as a Synthetic Chemist at Zeneca Agrochemicals from 1997 to 1999, they held various leadership roles in companies such as Almac Sciences, Peakdale Molecular, and NeuDrive Ltd, where they advanced their expertise in research and materials development. They have also served as an Intellectual Property Manager at Innospec Inc. Mike is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry at the University of Leeds.
