Bill Lee started their work experience as a Management Trainee at Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. in July 2006. Bill then became a Branch Manager at the same company from October 2009 to January 2012. In January 2012, they joined Bank of Communications International Trust Co., Ltd. as a Department Manager until September 2014. From September 2014 to February 2016, they worked as Vice President at Tus S&T Service Group. Currently, they are the Regional Director at InnoSpring Silicon Valley since February 2016.

Bill Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Management from Wuhan University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development Economics and Business from UC San Diego. Bill'sstudies at UC San Diego took place from 2003 to 2006.
