Aleksei Sergeev

Aleksei Sergeev is a design leader with over 10 years of experience in IT, fintech, and the public sector. Presently, they serve as the Lead UX/UI Designer at Innotech, where they are responsible for the UX/UI direction in product streams for a major Russian bank. Previously, Aleksei held various roles, including Head of Graphic Design at Sberbank and Art Director at MosTransProekt, where they built and scaled design teams and improved design processes. Aleksei's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and an Associate's degree in Architecture & Design from Oryol State Agrarian University.
