Alexandr Polyakov is an expert in establishing release management standards and integrating strategies within the banking and FinTech industries. Currently serving as a Release Manager at Innotech since January 2022, they oversee the release management lifecycle for accounting banking operations systems, ensuring quality and compliance while facilitating Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Alexandr worked as a Lead Release Engineer at MTS Bank and as a Software Test Engineer at uTest, where they contributed to significant improvements in release processes and software quality. They hold a degree in Business/Commerce from Российский Университет Кооперации, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010.
