Irina Barbashina, FCCA, is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than a decade as a CFO in IT, trading, and e-commerce companies with significant revenue. They currently serve as the Deputy CFO at T1 Group and as the Chief Financial Officer at Innotech, where they lead financial functions and improve reporting processes.
