Simpy Mishra

Simpy Mishra has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Simpy started as an HR Intern at Dreamweaver Career Consulting in 2015, where they gained valuable experience in HR tasks. Simpy then moved on to Infoicon Technologies in 2016 as an HR Executive, where they were responsible for coordinating HR projects, handling employee requests and complaints, managing attendance and leave, and conducting employee engagement activities. Simpy worked at Infoicon Technologies until 2018, when they joined eTeam as an HR Executive. In this role, they continued to handle HR responsibilities such as coordinating projects, managing grievances, and conducting team building activities. Simpy currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Innova Solutions, starting in 2019.

Simpy Mishra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Kallinga University. Additionally, Simpy has obtained several certifications, including "Aligning Goals and Priorities To Manage Time," "How to Manage Difficult Conversations," "Leadercamp on-demand: Inclusive Leadership," and "Professional in Human Resources: Introduction to PHR® Exam" from Skillsoft. These certifications were obtained in September and October of 2022.
