Vidit Singhal

Vidit Singhal has over six years of experience in human resources and people operations, having worked in various capacities across multiple organizations. At Pyramid IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Vidit served as Senior Executive Human Resources, managing the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and vendor management. Following this role, Vidit took on the position of Lead VMS at IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd, overseeing HR operations and further developing expertise in vendor management. Currently, as Senior Associate-People eXperience Operations at Innovaccer, Vidit focuses on employee life cycle management, implementation of HR policies, and performance management, among other responsibilities. Vidit also briefly held the role of Assistant Manager People Operations at Quarks. Vidit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BTech degree in Information Technology from ABES Engineering College.
