Steve Burcham

Steve Burcham, CPP, CHSP serves as the Director of Safety & Security Compliance at InnovAge, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include the design, implementation, and oversight of organization-wide physical security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity programs across 18 facilities in 5 states. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Allied Universal from March 2013 to September 2018 as the Director of Security, managing safety and security operations for five buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security from Columbia Southern University.
