Rob Baier

Rob Baier currently serves as the Pennsylvania Lead at Innovamat, focusing on expanding the company's impact in math education through strategic relationship-building and customer success initiatives. Baier co-hosts and co-created the #DebateMath podcast and has held roles such as Executive Director of Math, Science, and STEM at Pittsburgh Public Schools and Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University. Previous positions include Curriculum Specialist at Intermediate Unit 1 and Conference Chair for the Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Baier's teaching experience spans various roles, including Mathematics Teacher at multiple school districts and Curriculum Director at Young Scholars of Western Pennsylvania Charter School. Baier's education includes a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Robert Morris University.
