Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Innovapptive Inc since April 2025, Amit previously held the position of Associate Director at Whatfix from October 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and overseeing accounts with significant annual recurring revenue. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Customer Success at E2open, where Amit led a major project enhancing complex channel data processes, and Senior Solutions Consultant at Subex Ltd, focused on the development and installation of fraud management solutions. Amit's career began at IBM as an Associate System Engineer. Amit holds a PGDBM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute India, and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
