Eric Baptist

Eric Baptist is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and system architecture management. Currently serving as a CAS/BMC Senior Technical Manager at Innovate! since August 2019, Eric leads agile software development teams and oversees complex projects across various platforms including Salesforce and Mulesoft. Prior roles include Development Manager and Salesforce Tech Lead at VMD Systems Integrators, Inc., where Eric focused on system architecture evaluation, and CRM Manager at K12, showcasing expertise in managing Salesforce professionals and driving solutions in a collaborative environment. Additional experience includes IT support and engineering roles, as well as founding a technical support company, BCS Innovations, which served small to mid-sized businesses. Eric holds a degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
