Cath Dillon is currently the Director of Innovation at the Innovation Unit, leading complex projects aimed at transforming welfare state solutions. With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across the enterprise and voluntary sectors, Cath previously served as the Partnerships Director at Participle and the User Involvement Programme Manager at Macmillan Cancer Support. They have also held significant positions with organizations like Scope, Action for Children, and Leeds Women's Aid. Cath is committed to personal and professional development, currently volunteering with Queen Bee Coaching to support women in leadership. Educated with a Master's degree in Voluntary Sector Management and trained as a professional leadership coach, Cath bridges the gap between theory and practical change.
