🧠 InnovationExchange.ai, "The Trusted AI Leadership Platform," is the holding company behind the world’s most influential platforms for Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Chief Data & Analytics Officers (CDAOs), and Chief Digital Officers (CDOs).

Founded by David Mathison, a pioneer in AI and digital leadership for over a decade, quoted by WSJ, McKinsey, Forbes, FT, CNBC, and more. He has defined and tracked the most critical executive titles in AI, Data, and DX since 2012.

We pioneered the leadership layer of the AI/Data stack, and have been the first to market — consistently — across talent, consulting, executive search, events, and community:

✅ CAIO/CDAO Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS): Launched in 2025, the world’s first fractional/on-demand TaaS network for enterprises seeking trusted, battle-tested CAIOs and CDAOs.
✅ CAIO/CDAO Executive Search: Founded in 2024, the world’s first executive search firm dedicated to CAIOs, GenAI leaders, and CDAOs. Placed top-tier executives at Dow Jones, Rockefeller Foundation, and more.
✅ CAIO/CDAO Events: Produced the first-ever Chief AI Officer Summit (2023) and Chief Digital Officer Summit (2013). We’ve delivered bespoke executive events across five continents for 12+ years. Sponsors include Accenture, Bain, IBM, Insight, Microsoft, McKinsey, and others
✅ CAIO/CDAO Community: Founded in 2012, the CDO Club is the world’s first and largest network of CAIOs, CDAOs, and CDOs. It is a $1B+ Influence Engine with 100,000 global C-suite AI/Data/Digital leaders controlling billions in hiring, investment, and strategic spend. Members span the F500, venture-backed startups, VC/PE firms, government, military, and national security/intel sectors.

💼 We also offer trusted Advisory, Certification, Education, Training, and SaaS services for C-suite AI, Data, Digital Transformation (DX), and Cybersecurity leaders.
