Michael Bates

Michael Bates is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and support. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Administrator at Innovatio Tech Corporation since December 2021, Michael is responsible for managing the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center, Active Directory, and Remote Monitoring and Management Software while implementing new technologies for various entities. Prior to this role, Michael operated as a self-employed System Administrator from August 2019 to September 2022.
