Innovative Case Management is a community-based company providing Case Management, Occupational Therapy, and related services to individuals who have sustained brain, spinal cord, psychological and / or orthopaedic injuries, as well as amputations.  Since 2004, we have been providing our clients with the best possible care through efficient and proactive management.  With our client-centred approach, we ensure the highest quality rehabilitation and medical care by accessing public and private resources.  

With over 15 years of experience, we provide effective and compassionate Case Management and Occupational Therapy services throughout Southern Ontario.
