Innovative Consulting Partners helps US architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms fill their hardest technical roles with dedicated, full-time remote professionals. Based in Jordan and Egypt, our team members embed directly into your company, working your hours, your systems, and your process as a true extension of your in-house team.

We specialize in the roles that are hardest to staff locally: BIM coordinators, estimators, schedulers, project engineers, drafters, and administrative support. Our professionals are trained on the workflows behind the tools the AEC industry runs on, from Revit and Navisworks to Procore, P6, and Bluebeam, and they adapt to your specific software and systems quickly, so they integrate with very little ramp-up.

Every placement is built for the long term. We handle sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing support, and we stay involved as your needs evolve. When you're ready to grow your team, we're here to help you do it with the right people.
